Does anyone have a hard time when they stand up from a sitting to a standing position? When I stand up I get extremely light headed and dizzy. Also my heart starts racing and it feels like it is pounding in my chest. Sometimes it even gets hard to breathe I usually have to lean on something for a little while until I can walk.

@beingnotseeming Flexing your leg muscles for a bit before standing can be helpful. Compression socks potentially as well

I experience this too! I’m unsure what it could be, but it’s frustrating. I hope everything’s well.

Yes! I fall quite often if I stand up too fast. I have a rollator walker to help with this issue. I was told to increase electrolytes and wear compression socks to make the episodes less frequent
