Feeling Dizzy and Sick, Need Advice on Nightshifts

So this is my first post, feeling dizzying and sick. On my way to do my first nightshift back after getting my meds increased, pip is playing silly buggers with me and I have bill of lot money because I am a no claimer any more. I feel completely drained, I always have fight for everything in life. You cant keep a good man down, but do you really have kick and throw sand in my eyes 😂 Anyway I will keep on fighting, the more you push me. The more I just want to keep fighting, just to annoy them 😁💪
