Feeling Dizzy and Nauseous, Need Advice

I need advice, I feel like I might pass out and not sure what I should do! my blood pressure is 111/81 and my pulse is 100, I feel nauseous and I threw up about 20 minutes ago, I have anxiety and am not sure if it's that or if my blood pressure is too low, about an hour ago my blood pressure was 103/73 and pulse 86 anyways not sure if I should go to the doctor or just wait it out

Honestly I think you are ok. My blood pressure has gone all over the place. I've been on 6 pills at a time before. (Though I don't take any now because I no longer need them ) I've been 180 /110 and 115/75...I would lay down and try to relax. If you still feel worried in a hour or so, stop by urgent care. But anxiety makes these things worse.

Hi there, I have generalized anxiety/OCD and I've had COVID twice. Have you had COVID? Afterwards, my resting heart rate skyrocketed and my pressure dropped even more than usual (I'm typically low). I'm being told this is now a common Long COVID problem. My resting heart rate went from 75 to averaging 90. Sometimes I'm over 100 just sitting at work. My pressure has dropped as low as 80/47. I've worn a heart monitor twice, 2 EKGs, and 2 echocardiograms in the past year. They find nothing. I'm thinking this is now a combination of long COVID and my own anxiety exacerbating the issue. Do you have a prescription for panic? Doctors will tell you "normal" resting rate can range from 60-100.

Your blood pressure seems low but 111/86 would be consider normal for some people. Your plus rate is a little high. Maybe a anxiety is kicking in. Are you lying down.. sit and relax and take some deep breath 💕. . If you need to call a nurse health line, or call doctor for advice.
