I feel like this a lot and other times things feel too real.

Yep I also a lot of times when I have that, have weird vision issues. Like sometimes it feels like I’m not really here just seeing like thru a camera set as a person’s perspective if that makes sense, other times the best way I can describe it is like if things go from 60FPS to 30FPS in a game abruptly, but it’s in real life.

Yes. I think you are talking about derealization. It can be scary but it is normal to feel that way.
