Feeling Disconnected from Life

I feel like I'm disconnected from life I feel robotic.I feel like I’m lost in my own body. I don’t feel human.I feel like I don’t even know myself. I feel like I live in a dream. I just wanna feel Normal. I just wann understand myself and understand how to quit feeling like this it's been almost two years

i know exactly how this feels, i tear myself apart and put others before myself, i haven’t been able to take care of myself. i cry, cut, and chew away all of myself trees and anxiety and it’s so bad for me. all i do is live live on a daily, go to school come back home to toxicity, then repeat
