Feeling Disconnected from Reality

Does anyone have it where like you’re in your house, room, or anywhere really and you’re there but you don’t feel in your immediate surroundings? Like even objects don’t feel the same when you’re holding them even though they’re in your hand, and it all makes you feel kinda dizzy. Also being outside feels like I’m still kind of inside, it’s weird.

yes i get this, you you ever feel like objects look the wrong size when you get this too? like for example i look at my hand and it looks larger than normal or something far away looks extremely smaller than it is, and you can’t tell actually how big you are

I haven’t had that one too much but my hands do feel weird often, it sucks :(
