I spoke with my prescriber about days when I feel like I'm kinda disassociating because I don't want to be in a situation or even if I do my body has learnt that is more "normal" with depression. I ended up upping my venlafaxine which helped

Yes. I just relax the best I can on those days. If I try and be productive it makes me feel more down in the dumps

Sometimes I just end up staying in bed all day which my classes don't appreciate but I know I'll get nothing done if I try to force myself to be productive and not recover
