for the last few weeks I have felt so off. I feel insanely burnt out and just drained even when I just wake up . my doctor perscribed a new med for depression I just want to feel me again.

@midibear definitely find restful things that give you energy... maybe spending time alone, or with people, finding a creative outlet, Journaling, reading... mainly just finding time to rest... you can also feel really burnt out and tired if there are emotions your holding in, so maybe give yourself time to check in with your mental health... but also know that seasons like this do pass! It's totally normal to feel off and not like yourself, it doesn't mean you are doing something wrong, it could just be the stage of life you are in!
