I've been at my current job for over 2 years now, which is the longest I've ever been at a job. It also pays better than any of my previous ones. But I'm getting so burned out and frustrated with the direction the company is taking things. they keep making uninformed decisions that make things difficult on people who are actually doing the work. I need to look for another job soon, I feel like. But I don't know where to start. It's so hard to find jobs that will hire me / that I'm qualified for. I wish this whole thing was easier!
