Feeling Alone in My Disabilities

hello! i’m coming here because i feel very alone in my specific disabilities. (there’s some other things that i didn’t list because i don’t have an official diagnosis yet.) i don’t really know how this works, i’m just hoping to find someone that will understand my struggles.

I completely understand, but I have found a great group of friends. If you ever need someone Im here for you! A lot of my friends don't understand my auditory issues and other stuff. So i'd be happy to give you an outlet!

Hi! I completely understand your feelings. I have auditory processing disorder (diagnosed in 2008) and ADHD (diagnosed this year), plus a lot of sensory issues. I was never taught copping strategies when it comes to feeling overwhelmed. Just know that you are not alone!

i also have APD… it’s honestly really hard day to day. people expect you to hear them properly, and get mad when you don’t… at least, from my experience
