Yeah but I’m also scared to leave and actually be alone im scared of my own thoughts

I used to feel like that all of the time, I realized that the problem wasn't with me as much as it was with the people I was around. They were very toxic and mean, and cutting them out, even though it was scary because they were the only friends I had, was a really good decision. It showed me to heal properly and to meet new better people who made me feel loved and valued and I don't feel as alone anymore. I'm not sure if this is the case for you, but maybe taking a step back to see if they are really the people you want in your life might help?
