It's currently 20 minutes after midnight and I'm so sad and have no idea why. I also find myself in these times where I get super super low and no ones around to help because its usually at obnoxious hours, and knowing that no one is around to help just makes this feeling so much worse, because I know I'm all alone. I hate starting days off great then having it end in a very large sadness outbreak that I don't have the emotional capacity to handle. I wish I could get a grip on my own emotions.
