Feeling Alone and Lost

Hey I've also been there. My motto my mom and I live after is "Never Give Up" from Winston Churchill. I have that tattooed on my arm. I went through a really tough time in high school. (I just graduated college not too long ago). But in high school I ate lunch alone, didn't have many friends, didn't hang out with anyone on the weekends, etc. But in college I went to an amazing Christian university that changed my life! I thought there was no hope out there after high school but then I stepped onto SEU in Lakeland, FL and they welcomed me ten seconds I stepped onto that campus. So don't give up hope. And don't forget there are people just like you out there and a whole army of people who would have your back! ......just some motivation for you. 👍

I understand this feeling; you are not alone! It’s always a good idea to find people to bounce ideas off of and just externalize that inner monologue so you’re not stuck in a downward spiral.

I’m here been there and still going through it

Been there many times kind of feel that way now but like I tell myself day by day sometimes minute by minute unfortunately sometimes second by second stay positive 🤗hope this finds you smiling and if not do your best to try to find something to smile about because now that I have a few years behind me I've got a lot of up and downs to look at and on my worst day Life is beautiful
