@happy_girl I used to have debilitating thoughts. Keep telling yourself they are not your thoughts, give your scary thoughts a name and every time you get the thoughts say “negative___ is just being her ridiculous self again, trying to bring me down.” Also always say “this to shall pass”. My negative thoughts don’t belong to me, they are just gray clouds passing over my head”. I read so many positive books as well. I hope this helps and I wish you a lovely day. 💕
