If you can get Indica patches they help immensely. I use them on bad pain days. I use sativa patches when the pain isn't as bad and I have stuff to get done. They help a ton. Also fast acting gummys help. I take 2.5-5 mg on mild pain days to keep is from getting worse. But they only last about 2-4 hrs. The patches last 8-12 hours. I hope this helps..

Grandaddy Purple and Purple Punch have been my favorites so far but I’m still looking for some other strains. As someone else said edibles generally give me better pain relief. I generally take an edible and smoke while I wait for it to kick in. Also mixing in CBD or CBG flower with my regular weed is something I noticed helped my pain a little more sometimes.

The top 3 strains I've used for my fibro are Harlequin, AC/DC, and cannatonic. Mainly the harlequin. First i vaped it I literally felt my body relax and could breathe.

Where are you located? I go to Columbia Care and get their tablets and tinctures. They all have THC in them, even the CBD dominant ones. I find that works better than the pure CBD I’ve tried elsewhere for daytime pain management. Though I have a severe type of neuropathy so not sure if it would have the same effect for your condition. They do also sell bud and powders now.

I've found that sometimes edibles give me a stronger body high and can be better for the physical pain. Also maybe check out straight cbd as well, I get mine from a place called Joy Organics, I have to get a high dose but sometimes it's the only reason I can get out of bed.

So far, it seems body highs do the best for my pain, but a bad head pain day requires strains that give me a head high. Usually I just opt for the highest THC I can get, and a mix of indicas and sativa's. I've found non-hybrids typically give me better physical relief.

@SJP I'm going to look into this. I'm completely lost with this. Lol

Hi hi! It’s definitely a journey trying to find things that give you physical relief. I like blue dream , chemdawg, and Jack Herer (also depends on preference of type). Those were the most effective when dealing with my pain
