Something that’s been helping me lately is getting outside! It’s hard because it’s been really cold, but even just walking to the end of the street helps me by distracting me, getting some sunlight, and I feel productive and proud of myself a little bit.

notice a negative thought after thinking it, and say to yourself the opposite. try to find a good quality about whatever the thought was about. positive self talk & positive talk about life in general is a key part of forming more beneficial neural pathways that promote healing
