I'm not sure if this counts as a hyperfixation but I know for sure I'm extremely fixated on it. I am in love with Bullet Journaling. It started as a distraction hobby that now takes up a huge part my life... I've become aware that it's starting to feel like not doing it upsets me more than it should and I'm afraid it may be turning into an obsessive habit. Is this possible?
