I'm struggling with fatigue post-chemo :( it so hard to return to my usual level of activity. I used to be very active and the current lack of energy is really affecting my mood. Does anyone have advice on how to regain strength after treatment? Any specific exercises or routines that worked for you?

Some people have found that taking walks and getting fresh air can help with fatigue. Others have suggested pacing yourself, planning your days so you don't overdo it, and addressing any deficiencies such as getting b12 shots or iron infusions if needed. A balanced diet and moderate exercise have also been recommended. It's important to listen to your body and rest when necessary.
