Fatigue on Period: Depression or Anxiety?

I'm always fatigued between all my symptoms I couldn't tell you what could be causing it! I usually take a hot bubble bath, relax with a cup of tea, maybe put on a face mask and treat myself to some extra sleep. Self care is important when you feel bad.

I sleep so much more when I have my period.

Along with iron, magnesium supplements have helped me as well. But if you have any specific medical conditions, consult your doctor about taking these first.
