Is Fatigue a Normal Part of Aging?

Being 72 I have much fatigue and wonder is it old age or SS?

Get check... If you think you have Shrogens. I was diagnosed with that approximately 3-5 years ago. When you're tired be sure to lay down and rest. I use eye covers and ear plugs cause everything bothers me. Good luck

Ever since I got SS my fatigue is much worse. It's probably not your age... You're young. It's got to be the SS... Listen my Mother's old... She's 94 yrs old and she still goes to bingo and she lives alone. She does not have SS.

yes i hate it, sometimes I feel like 100 years old, always want to sleep or seat, can’t stand up for a long time… what do you do to feel better?

Im 33 and feel tired all the time… i think it can be both things… a little exercise help some times
