Fast Heart Rate in My 70s: Seeking Relief

I have always had a rapid heart beat, but being in my 70s now and having had two heart attacks (MIs), I'm concerned with my fast heart rate. What have others here tried in order to find relief? Thanks, in advance, for your help!

I’ve got a great cardiologist which has really changed the game. Currently I’m on calcium channel blockers & that helps, in the past I’ve been on beta blockers but I didn’t like the way that felt

  @Marrow Thanks for your reply. I had terrible side effects with beta blockers, but I haven't tried calcium channel blockers. I'll bring this up to my cardiologist. Thanks so much for this suggestion!
