Overwhelmed by Family Visit with Dogs

I had family come and surprise visit me today, two aunts an uncle and my grandmother and they all brought their dogs. my house is a mess because I haven't been doing well so I panicked when they got here and started hyperventilating and crying. I haven't had that much going on at once in a while either so I was incredibly overwhelmed. my uncle pulled me aside and told me how I was being disrespectful to myself and my family so I just started panicking harder and pretty much every family member but my grandmother told me to stop it and one of the aunt's even told me to have emotions after everything in my house is fixed but don't be too hard on myself because "we all make mistakes". Apparently that aunt had no idea that I was in the hospital recently for over a week due to multiple things going wrong with me at once and then apologized but it still really hurt
