Apart from my medication, food and drink, what else should I take with me when myself and my fiance go and visit his family in just over a week as we're going to visit my fiancé's family on the 7th of June and I'm just wondering if I need to take anything else just to be on the safe side as I would rather be safe than sorry.

@AuntieTJ I have been for more than 12 years. I always carry candy in my bag always because I don’t know when my blood sugar will go low or if I get stranded somewhere. You have the control over wherever you go, the idea is that you have to think “small portion”. 😂 that could be a problem for some folks!!!. I will suggest measuring cups, not so much the 1c. use 1/2c, 1/4 c,1/3 & 1/8. for your meals. Since you’re going to family travel with your own measuring cups 🤷‍♀️ Be good to yourself. Safe travels.

Some suggestions for items to take with you include a list of your medications, compression socks or stockings, and a pill organizer to help manage your medication schedule. It's also a good idea to check if any of your medications are prohibited in the country you're visiting to avoid any issues during your trip.
