I have issues with my family. and whenever I get upset with them. I sleep. it's better than my previous method of SH to help with my anger. but I have been sleeping alot so I don't think it's any better. I just want suggestions on healthy coping skills that will help me get rid of the sleep dependent mindset

Make a list of all the things you enjoy doing and do them to help keep your mind off of it! My favorite thing to do when I want to get out of a bad mood is to paint! Also, like the other comments say, it is a good idea to go outside! Taking a walk usually helps me ease my mind! Listen to some music while you do this or just listen to the sounds around you!

Just try to keep a calm mindset and leave the house when you can. Try to be around them less. Hang out with friends. Make excuses to leave. Hope this helps<33

Get out of the house when you can. Keep yourself busy so you don't have time to think about your family being crappy.
