Coping with Covid Anxiety While Grocery Shopping

When having Covid -19, my anxiety has worsened when I have to go places for grocery shopping . What alternatives or precautions can I take to help feel more secure? And less like a walking disease.

See if your grocery or food places can do curbside pickup, no delivery fees, but minimal contact

I am a single parent and don’t have a choice when it comes to getting groceries and medicine. Delivery fees are out of budget. It puts me in a hard place.
