Struggling with Reconciliation After a Fight with My Dad

My dad and I got into a fight a couple months ago and since then we haven’t talked…. I recently got a text from his girlfriend telling me that they were going to take family pictures in November and I could come if I wanted. I declined and told her that if my dad didn’t ask me directly then I didn’t want to be there with him. Then she responded that he asked her to ask me abt the pictures and that he loves me very much.. which I majorly doubt. After ignoring me for 3 months, my dad just sent me a photo of him and his girlfriend’s son in their Halloween costumes. I can’t even describe all the different emotions I’m feeling
