Fell and Can't Remember - Is This Normal?

falling and not remembering I went into a restaurant while my boyfriend was doing doordash to go to the bathroom. I deal with derealization depersonalization and have been having it alot lately. I started having it going to the bathroom and decided to go out to the car. It was like my mind just blanked and I zoned out while walking.. next thing I know I was on the ground and someone was asking me if I was okay. I got in the car and saw I had oil on my foot so put together I must’ve slipped on leaked oil from a car. I had an immediate bruise on my leg so I had to have fallen decently hard. I don’t remember falling and I didn’t even feel it until I got up. Has anyone else done this or is it normal? My blood sugar was low but definitely don’t think I passed out. I felt kind of weird and out of it after I keep forgetting what i’m typing and messing up words (but i’ve been doing that since last week after getting over covid and having brain fog). I know i’m also panicking and i’m a hypochondriac but it feels very odd to me.

Oh gosh yes. I zoned out so bad the other day. A coworker had to shake me and stop me and tell me to sit down and sip on some cold water. Scared the living bejesus out of me and obviously him. Have no idea how, what or why. Guess maybe I should thank guardian angel or something
