I am going to a neurologist next week hopefully we can figure this out cause it's now causing my alopecia to act up from the stress.

unfortunately the ER can really only rule out acute causes like a stroke or tumor. see a cardiologist and a neurologist, they can investigate more chronic or long-term causes of your fainting spells

I have the same thing. I have passed out about 3 times one being while sitting down. My doctors told me it was just a drop in my blood pressure and diagnosed me with Vasovagal

I start to feel weak and than everything goes black and I don't remember what I do before I faint
