Fainting spell after taking fludrocortizone twice a day

I started taking my fludrocortizone twice a day, with approval of my doctor, because my meds have been wearing off at the end of the day. Yesterday I nearly fell on the floor from a fainting spell, I haven’t had those since starting to take the medication
