Fainted at Work, Need Doctor's Note

Yesterday I faint about work because I pushed myself. I was laying on the floor because my body could not regulate. Everyone was freaking out so they call and ambulance. All my vital were fine. Now I have to wait a week to go back to work because I need to get a doctor note. Thanks for listening to my rant.

Thank you. I was experiencing dizziness. No it hasn’t. I think it’s leg weakness. Been have for a week now. My doctor said I have to wait to see my neurologist.
