Faint Ringing in Ears When Tired

Does anyone else experience like a faint, static-like ringing in their ears when they feel really tired and/or lethargic? My head feels like its stuffed with cotton balls and my eyes feel heavy. I haven't felt this weary and down in a while.

I feel this way sometimes and I have a pulsing sensation in my ears. The tinnitus has gotten better but when I lay on my stomach or make a quick movement with my head, it becomes heavy and I become dissy at times too.
