What does the pain feel like? Are you pregnant at all? It honestly could be growing pains (yes it can still happen at any age really). Do you feel a lump in your breast?

This could mean nothing. Doing any exercise or work without a bra could cause soreness or pain, could be near your period or pregnant with the same symptoms. Doctors try to enforce monthly self-breast exams to try and at least be familiar with what lumps are normal in your boobs and which may be new and problematic. If you are really worried, contact your doctor. The process they go through isn't scary at all and it's always better to have definite answers and piece of mind.
