Dealing with Facial Sweating at Work

how do you all deal with facial sweating while working? I have a very active job and my face sweats so bad even when I barely do anything but when I'm working hard it's pouring off my face. I feel like people look at me and judge me for it. what helps you?

I just started using Carpe’s sweat absorbing lotion. They have options for face, breast, underarms etc. I haven’t noticed a significant improvement yet but maybe it’ll help you
