So sorry that’s going on. I am having some physical symptoms of my own last few days. Whether caused by anxiety or just happening on their own, they certainly trigger my anxiety. It’s hard, your not alone. I have numbness before. A few years ago I had it and got extensive MRI imaging done and saw a neurologist. Everything came back good and eventually it went a way. But I understand why it’s scary. Try to stay positive and distract your self with something you enjoy today.
