Hi guys, I was diagnosed HIV positive 5 years ago, at first I developed very low B12 and Iron, at the same time of diagnosis my blood pressure was very high due to inflammation. I am now undetectable, but still take blood pressure tablets, I have developed BPD and CPTSD due to my job as a paramedic, but I love my job so I can live with this. I have asthma as well, since diagnosed my biggest problem has been motivation, constantly fatigued and tired, and sometimes get allot of itching over the body. my overall health is good, I have a good diet, I exercise 6 days a week, my breathing is not great, have the odd cigarette eveey 4 to 5 days but will stop soon. I had some good news, I am starting the new HIV treatment that would will be 1 injection every 2 months that will keep me undetectable.
