I'm going to have an appointment with my gastroenterologist on December 10th of 2021 and am wondering what procedures or treatments I could ask about? I know of G-POEM and the gastric pacemaker but is there anything else? I'm allergic to Reglan and erythromycin so I can't try those medications either. :)

It's also important to ask him about recommendations for a healthy lifestyle that can help you cope better with your condition. You may find that small changes in your life can greatly improve your situation.

Domperidone can be a nice choice if reglan isn’t available for you. The only problem that it's available only as a trial drug for now, so I would ask your doctor about prescribing it

I have not found the perfect treatment combination for me but I have had success with Zofran ODT, Prilosec, and I drink Ensure if I’m unable to tolerate real food! I found I have the best luck with a very bland boring diet!!!
