Finding Support for Mental and Physical Illnesses

I struggle with mental and physical illnesses that can negatively impact each other. I’m hoping to find a way to be mindful of my whole body when seeking therapeutic treatment, because I feel that the mind-body connection is so important. I hope that you have luck finding others who are on a similar journey as you!

My main physical illnesses is asthma, copd, and arthritis.

I have my moments when anxiety and depression over take me. I read my Bible a lot to distract me and walk a lot.
