Anxiety when talking to teachers

YES!!! i've experienced this ever since my 8th grade year, and i'm currently a senior now and it hasn't gotten much better. i refuse to talk to teachers alone unless i can email them. it makes me so anxious. i've gotten a little bit better about raising my hand, but i still rarely do it. i used to always have a friend ask for me. but i've gotten better with not being as scared to ask, because in reality, teachers genuinely like it when we ask for help and just say that we're confused. it means we care enough to learn or understand something better, and that's their job!!!
