i don't feel like i have DID, everyone in headspace has been really quiet, like really quiet but I'm still having occasional switches. with everything going on in my/our life rn I'm so lost.

I think I switch 2 or three times in a day. It's really hard to say. I'm glad the night me likes pot. I'm so freaking high right now I love it its like a wave of pain killer that takes all my pain away..

It could just be a communication shutdown, doesn't negate DID.
@cheese.wedge I didn't know that was a thing, but I suppose it would make sense as a very traumatic thing just happened about a month ago.
@Afterlife_Collective yeah :) last year, there was a month without switches/ any communication so this is definitely normal don't worry. I hope you're doing okay since that event.
