Hello! I'm Night Phoenix. Right now I'm currently at the mercy of my PTSD. My doctor verified today that it is indeed getting worse. So I am doing a new med. But I'm scared, what else can I do?

@baybridges it's the same with my ex and my bf. They both hate why I have ptsd but all they can do is comfort me when it becomes too much for me to handle

Also, writing is a great release to get it off your mind without really any consequences.

Go to a quiet place, close your eyes, breathe in your nose and out your mouth and do that for 5-10 minutes. Try to just think happy thoughts.
