Struggling with Weight Gain: Need Advice

I've continually gained 10-15 lbs a month since being put on both hydroxychloroquine and levothyroxine. Started these about 3 weeks apart and got an IUD 1 month prior. According to my rheumatologist and endocrinologist my bloodwork is good and they don't know why I'm gaining. I work out 6 days a week and eat better then I ever have. But have not been treated for PCOS yet. I'm currently 40lbs up.

If you are on prednisone, that may do it. I gained 50 pounds pretty fast while on it

Is this something you think originates from a medical history? Whether disease or medication? Or would you just like inspiration with diet and exercise?
