When I feel like this I visit my OBGYN and get my hormones, iron, thyroid and B12 checked. It’s usually one of those! Hope you feel better!

I usually a very chirpy person, full of life and energy and now that I have a name for what I have and feel so it plays a psychological role. Feeling depress and down.😥
