I tilt my head back, look up to the ceiling as I am dropping it in my eye

I was told by my eye doctor that I could drop them in my lower lids. It works for me.

I look in the mirror and pull down my lower lid and then drop them in. May sure not to do it to late at night or right before you go to bed (or do it if you want to) because for me it really burns when I do
