Extreme Tiredness with Bipolar Disorder

does anyone else experience extreme tiredness seemingly randomly? usually I get super tired during the afternoon and have to lie down until it passes. anyone know if this related to bipolar?

Depression can cause tiredness. So can medications. Also sleeping too much has almost the same effect as not getting enough sleep and you'll grow more tired. If you're not eating enough you won get the energy to function at your apex ability. There are a lot of factors in health and well-being that can cause tiredness. Hope this helps :)
