Extreme Fatigue: Is Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Does anyone else get like super fatigued sometimes? Im not having my usual flare up symptoms so i dont think it’s that but im exhausted, i slept for 13 hours woke up to eat then went right back to bed

Very badly sometimes; like fall asleep while doing something and just stay asleep
