My back is spasming really bad, I can't feel the heat from my heating pad, has anyone else ever experienced that? What should I do to decrease the extreme pain I feel in my lower back.

      Do you have any muscle relaxers? Muscles relaxer is the only thing that ever helps my spasms, and I get them quite frequently. The best one that I have found that works for me, it's called Zanaflex. I'm sorry you're in so much pain, I completely completely understand how torturous it is.šŸ¤—

      I stretch every day and see a chiropractor regularly

        @Daz I have the prescription cream with naproxen in it... I keep meaning to get biofreeze but keep forgetting to do it...

      Try some CBD roll on. I use it and within minutes the pain is gone. I have a great brand if you're curious.
