Does anyone else have a tendency to bring an extra pair of clothes with them when they go somewhere? I have made a sudden habbit where if I'm going somewhere like a friends house, I bring an extra sensory safe outfit. I don't know where I got this habbit from as it just started happening out of the blue, and I was wondering if anyone else does the same

I bought a convertible backpack/ purse off Amazon and call it my “Mary poppins bag” because I keep any emergency meds, snacks, and sensory items in there! I’ve had way too many situations where I need to change clothes or need food immediately and this has been a lifesaver! Highly recommend everyone get them a Mary poppins bag too!
@DeepThinker99 I have a back pack that I use for the same! Its a little back pack with dinos on it and I can fit everything I need in there accept a pair of clothes because I also keep my canes in there. Its super uesfull! And yes 100% everyone should have a bag like that!

i usually tend to overpack for a stay anyways ^_^
Yep, when going back n forth between parents i always make sure to have like 6 outfits even when i'm there for 3 days
absolutely!! esp if i’m in a situation where i might become anxious, having an extra pair of clothes is very comforting!! i think keeping the tools with you to handle stress is a lovely idea.
