Exploring Options for Lower Back Surgery

I have had 2 laminectomy and now they want to fuse my lower back I am only 33 does anyone have any other options

I’m 22 and having mine on Thursday. If PT, meds, and other surgeries haven’t worked it’s probably your best option. It’s also worth trying ketamine infusions and CBT if you haven’t tried either yet! Both are great for chronic pain, but it’s only going to help so much if the root cause isn’t addressed. I hope it works out for you! I tried everything and nothing worked so I’m getting my spinal fusion.

did they tell you that the disc below and above will go bad and you will have to do it again
