Exploring Bipolar Disorder vs. Borderline Diagnosis

trying to pinpoint if I have bipolar disorder or borderline. borderline symptoms make a lot of sense for me personally and I've never really felt that bipolar was my true diagnosis? idk. I'll mention it to my therapist maybe.

My psychiatrist told me during my bpd evaluation that bipolar and borderline are often coexisting. I have been diagnosed with bipolar 2 and bpd. I don’t remember where all the similarities and overlaps lie but there are numerous.

I took an online test for ol both then mentioned it to my therapist key symptom for me was my attachment to people
