Exploring Alternative Medicine for Fibro, Lyme and EBV

So after three years I’d conventional medicine failing to help my Fibro, Lyme and reactivated EBV I have decided to look into alternative Medicine. Starting with Chinese herbs, acupuncture, meditation and yoga. It can’t hurt and I could use a mind shift.

I've tried acupuncture and the benefits only last like a day for me. And Chinese herbs don't seem to do much at all... How has your experience been so far?
